MEET THE FOUNDER
Meet Zigmārs
I’m Zigmārs, the founder of beQE. My experience spans quality engineering leadership, coaching, testing and training, including work with complex change in Baltic banking.
I have led quality initiatives and supported quality engineers in their development. That experience has shaped how I work: connect perspectives, understand the context and help people find changes they can put into practice.
Through beQE, I bring that experience into practical tools, writing, facilitated learning and work with teams and organizations.
